CellPly™ - Overview

CellPly is a freestanding Cell Phone-based Adherence Management System.

Utilizing advanced mobile technologies, CellPly extends powerful compliance and persistence capabilities in support of patient adherence. CellPly may be implemented either in conjunction with the Clinication™ Web-based system or as a stand-alone pure-play cell phone framework, incorporating Web Services to configure and deliver any and all of its many features to subscribing users.

CellPly delivers the following capabilities to a patient's cell-phone:

• SMS-based adherence and persistence management
• Care-plan communication and detailing
• Daily journaling
• Patient education
• Patient/Provider messaging
• Data collection (vitals, symptoms, surveys)

Participating patients subscribe via one (or more) of the following methods:

• Self-enrollment on website
• Self-enrollment via SMS
• Registration by a provider (Pharmacist, Disease Manager, Physician, Nurse)
• Programmatic enrollment via interface with pharmacy system or EMR/EHR.

CellPly is expressly designed to support:

• Pharmaceutical brand management and Customer Loyalty programs
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Disease Management (DM)

As with its web-based counterpart, CellPly may be privately branded per client's requirements. Since CellPly incorporates common-denominator technologies such as SMS and Mobile Forms, over 265 cell phones and mobile devices are supported.
